Pastors need to be backed up by Elders and Elders get weary in giving too. So on the weekend Daylight Savings Time changed the clocks (chronos) these seven Elder/Pastor couples re-set their own spiritual clocks (kairos) at a retreat at Fair Oaks in Lake Geneva. Where chronos is quantitative, kairos is qualitative. It measures moments, not seconds and refers to the right moment, the perfect moment. This brief weekend retreat was just that, the right moment and for some even the perfect moment.
